– Your booking is confirmed as you deposit 100% of the payment of the experience.
– There is a 50% refund if you cancel in the following dates: Easter, Guelaguetza (last two weeks of July), Day of the Dead (October 29th, to November 3rd) Christmas and New Years.
– Cancellations 48 hours before the experience are 100% refundable.
– Cancellations on day of experience are NON REFUNDABLE.
